Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect via networking, referrals, events, and company provided leads.
• Pursue new clients by establishing consistent sales calls and in person visits.
• Establish rapport and develop long term business relationships with clients.
• Taking measurements, reading building plans, and photos for quote.
• Preparing sales proposals using estimating software
• Conducting sales presentations with prospective clients.
• Attend sales meetings and training.
• Work with the office and the field to deliver superb customer service.
• Accurately update our CRM tool.

• Strong computer and keyboard ability with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook and estimating software (preferably Planswift)
• Proactive and highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present in a polished and highly articulate manner.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Previous Experience in paint and waterproofing sales.
• Previous Experience reading and understanding building plans.
• Gmail & Google Calendar Experience.
• Proficient with Math.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Pass background check.
• Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred not required
• High School Diploma
• +3 years of Construction Estimator experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Deerfield Beach, FL 33441: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
